Alternative Provision
At AMBITION we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to succeed, no matter their circumstances. Our Alternative Provision is designed to help pupils who may be finding it challenging in mainstream education re-engage with learning, develop as individuals, and ultimately thrive - academically, physically and personally to reach their full potential.
Working with individuals of compulsory school age who are not attending mainstream or specialist schools. We also work with those who have EHCP's that are above compulsory school age.
Our Alternative Provision works with young people for up to 2.5 days per week and for a number of reasons, including but not limited to:
- Mental Health
- Exclusion (or risk of)
- Attendee of a Pupil Referral Unit

We focus on building confidence, emotional resilience, and self-belief helping young people to develop key life skills and a positive mindset.
We use sport as a tool for engagement, teamwork and discipline. We help students channel their energy positively while improving physical and mental wellbeing.
